Dear Reflections readers,

Glory be to Jesus! This is the refrain of the Lenten Reflections from Higher Things as we hear of the glory of Jesus in His suffering and death for sinners. The Lenten Reflections begin with Ash Wednesday, February 22, 2012 and carry us through Holy Week (and an Easter surprise), April 8, 2012. We are also pleased to offer an additional format. Try the new "in line" PDF file, great for reading the Reflections on your computer or mobile device. As always, a printable booklet is available.

  • The SWORD Project (Open Source Bible Study Software) - http://www.crosswire.org/sword/index.jsp
I really like this FREE Bible study software.
  • Logos Bible Software - http://www.logos.com/
The "Big Dog" of Bible study software. Lots of pastors and theologians I know use this, an Concordia Publishing House puts things out in this format. I like this software too.
  • Bible Gateway - http://www.biblegateway.com/
This is the "online Bible" that I use most frequently and that most people seem familiar with. It has several pretty good translations.
  • Audio Bible - http://www.audio-bible.com/
Like it says, the audio version of the King James version of the Bible
  • Online Parallel Bible - http://bible.cc/
